A Few Things To Know: 


Booking & Cancellation Policy
:

➖ I value your time and appreciate your business. In order to provide the best service to all clients, a 20% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied to your service total.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Each deposit allows one reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours, missed appointments, or additional reschedules may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.



Late Arrival Policy:

➖ There will be a grace period of 10 minutes after your appointment time. Services will be shortened or cancelled if the client is more than 10 minutes late.


Service Policy:

➖ Right to refuse service if a clients behavior is inappropriate.

One facial alone may not guarantee long-term improvements for certain skin concerns (e.g., acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines). Achieving optimal results often requires a series of treatments combined with a personalized home-care routine.

Product Return Policy:

➖ For hygiene and safety reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges on used/opened skincare products or tools.

However, unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the product for a replacement.
