POLICIES
Booking & Cancellation Policy:
➖ I value your time and appreciate your business. In order to provide the best service to all clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations may require a 20% non-refundable fee to secure future bookings
Late Arrival Policy:
➖ There will be a grace period of 15 minutes after your appointment time. Services may be shortened or rescheduled if the client is more than 15 minutes late.
Service Policy:
➖ Right to refuse service if a clients behavior is inappropriate.
One facial alone may not guarantee long-term improvements for certain skin concerns (e.g., acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines). Achieving optimal results often requires a series of treatments combined with a personalized home-care routine.
If unsatisfactory with any service please contact me for a re-do. Re-do's will only be granted under certain circumstances.
Product Return Policy:
➖ For hygiene and safety reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges on used/opened skincare products or tools.
However, unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the product for a replacement.
